that caller was brilliant. i never thought of that before. i didn't know that since postage is pre-paid you can tape the big envelope onto a box and fill it with phone books or bricks and have them pay for it. i usually just did small time resending it in. a few pounds is a whole hell of a lot more expensive than a few ounces.
