Franken interview with Woodward ignores $700 million.
I was disappointed that Al Franken didn't ask Woodward about Bush diverting $700 million from Afghanistan to Iraq.

Woodward said on 60 Minutes the diversion is unconstitutional.

I wanted Al Franken to ask Woodward exactly which appropriation the money was from.

3. Franken discussed the $700 million earlier in the week.
Franken discussed the $700 million earlier in the week.

I wish at least one newspaper (or radio show) would tell us exactly which appropriation the $700 million was from so we could read the bill for ourselves and determine the legality.

10. thanks. If that is where the money came from
Thnaks. If that is where the money came from, the wording seems to be so vague that it probably isn't illegal.

Has Woodward ever said that is where the money came from?

2. Eric
I think there's so much corruption going on within the Bush Cabal we're all starting to lose track from "Impeachable Offense Overload" :)

5. I heard...
He was too busy talking about The Pottery Barn's policy of "you break it, you own it" to bother with something like that.

I guess he's a comedian so he wanted to start with the comic material.

I just wish he had asked which appropriation the $700 million Bush diverted was from, by the end of the interview.

12. He wasted the first half of the interview crowing about the
pottery barn quote and yesterday's interview with the pottery barn rep. What a waste when he had Woodward on!!!!!!!
