Report: Arnold Lied to Leno Before Show
Dear God! What will we tell the children?! This man wants to be governor and he lies! Oh, the horror!

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,94357,00.html

LOS ANGELES — Arnold Schwarzenegger (search) kept them guessing all the way - and even told "Tonight Show" (search) host Jay Leno (search) that he was bowing out of the California governor's race just minutes before he jumped in before a nationwide TV audience, it was reported yesterday.

Before they went onstage, Leno asked Schwarzenegger how he planned to break the expected news that he wasn't running and the action hero murmured, "I am bowing out," Time magazine reports.

2. ...and the wingnut crap-smearing machine swings into high gear...

Poor Ahnult - now that he has served his RoveCo purpose by bumping Al Gore's excellent speech off last Thursday night's news, he's history.

"Pro-choice"? "Pro-gay"? "Pro-gun control"? Did you really think you were going to get a pass from Karl, Ahnult?

On edit: fixed some redundancy problems

4. That explains Leno's expression...when I saw the
replay, I saw Leno turn away, and frown then a look of "Thanks for telling me" on his face. It was definitely not a "smiley" moment for Leno....the body language of how he turned away, didn't look at the audience, but just looked chagrined said it all...

5. "Pride cometh before the Fall"
And I hope this rings true for Arnold's ambitions.
