Playboy: Carnival in Rio (1992) VHS appears to have been all bought up in the last few days. I guess watching Arnold's anal carrot play is out until after the election.

But you can still get the 25th-anniversary re-release of Pumping Iron, the documentary about the 1975 Mr. Olympia competition that has folks using words like vicious, megalomaniacal,bullying, tricking, extolls his own ambitions: "I was always dreaming about very powerful people, dictators, people like Jesus, being remembered for thousands of years".....and of course folks will remember Arnold lighting up a celebratory joint

His first three films -Hercules in New York, The Long Goodbye, and Stay Hungry - will no doubt also be hard to find for the next 2 months.

But the media has 74% of the folks in CA believing that Arnold should be taken seriously. Amazing how the media controls politics in the US - and then denies that they have the control.

1. First time I ever saw Arnie was on an ep of The Streets of San Francisco

He played a body builder who brings a girl home and oils up for her. When she laughs at him he goes psycho and strangles her.

5. No, they don;t all suck

The Long Goodbye is a Robert Altman film that Arnold has a small part in. Not everyone's type of movie, but one of my favorites. It plays on cable a lot.

I also like Stay Hungry. In that one he is a body builder who wants to be taken seriously as a fiddle player. He is not the star by any means. It is fairly rare. Haven't seen it in years.

Now Hercules in New York, that one outright sucks.

4. can anyone document this

i.e. I don't doubt it for a minute, has anyone on DU seen this personally, and if so, could said persons provide a bit of detail (re: what happens), or possibly a link if this has already been hashed out before (was talking to a coworker about it and he was questioning me on the validity of the carrot incident, I didn't have any details to back up my assertions). Thanks in advance:)
