What percentage of Repubs are pro-choice ?
And what percentage of Repubs in California are "pro-choice"? Arnold Schwarzenegger is pro-choice.

Ask yourself how many conservative Repubs that are anti-abortion will vote for a pro-choice candidate, Republican or Democrat? Arnold is a "liberal" by all Repub standards. That is the one thing that Arnold does not want to be called - a "liberal".

Aren't the Repubs doing a little day-dreaming here? I cannot see this radical Repub Party changing over-night. They will be 'pragmatists" and vote for the Repub? He is not going to do as well as some hope. The media is swarming him because they are all competing for those millions of dollars they anticipate he will spend in political advertising. That is my opinion.

1. I guess I am in a way.
I pretty much have conservative views on alot of things, here's what I think.

First trimester I think is totally fine.

Second trimester I am more hesitant, but basically the idea is the sooner the better.

Third trimester only in case of danger to the mother or other type of serious special circumstances.

I have no problem with it when it's just a few of cells, once it starts to look more like a living human who could live outside the mother.. then I say not a good idea.

Hope this helps.

3. An honest answer. Thank you.
An all out ban would probably either freak you out or at the very least make you uneasy about the clamp-down on Personal Rights.

Honestly? I'm a rabid Pro-Choice DU'er but I can respect gradations away from my own views.

2. My guess is around 15%
a bit higher in California, but since that state's become pretty rigidly partisan, not as high as in states like New York, Connecticut, or New Jersey.

I agree, those people will go with McClintock or Simon, but a lot of swings and independents will go with Arnold.
