This swine has some nerve. After supporting and pushing the US to back Chalabi,he now calls the CIA incompetent because Chalabi has been exposed for the crook most knew him to be all along. I think Perle may be f**king with the wrong people. Perle calls them incompetent but the dirty little secret is that Chalabi's info was no more misleading than some of the intelligence that Mossad has been feeding the US.
