Do you think that President Bush, apparently a Christian man, believes and knows he is involved in prophetic events concerning the Middle East and final battle between good and evil?

James Beaubien

I believe he is a wonderful man. They say he is a prayer warrior. He was born again through Billy Graham's visit a few years ago when he was having problems with alcohol, and today he's proud to claim these verses in John 3, "Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God," verse 3. Verse 7, "You must be born again." He said I have been born again. My life has been changed.

I am not sure whether he knows all of the prophecies and how deep of a student he has been in God's Word, but I was contacted a few weeks ago by the Office of Public Liaison for the White House and by the National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice to make an outline. And I’ve spent hours preparing it. I will release this information to the public in September, but it’s in his hands.

He will know exactly what is going to happen in the Middle East and what part he will have under the leading of the Holy Spirit of God. So, it's a tremendous time to be alive.

It is great to have a President who believes in God — a President who's living a godly life and not playing with sin, for the Bible says in Proverbs 14:34, "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people

--------------------------------------------------------------

So, Bushie boy is getting his intelligence from hack eschatological preachers. The fate of the country is in the hands of these vindictive, petty, babbling bible freaks.

There's nothing more evil than apocalyptic Christians.

Time to start practicing skeet for the rapture.

1. Armageddon Prez
Not surprising. Everyone is thinking up what is best for us except the one who can't do any thinking of his own.

An outline? For the fate of the world? :nuke:

What time are we as a nation getting exalted? I have a hair appointment.

2. WTF? Is this for real?
Sounds like * is going for some self-fulfilling prophecy.

Supposedly, the sign of the imminent Rapture, marking the beginning of the Tribulation, is the Abomination of Desolation. This is described as a terrific violation of Jewish canon law occuring in the Jewish temple in Jerusalem. Therefore, fundie Christians believe the temple must be rebuilt, on the Temple mount in Jerusalem.

If Bush really does believe this garbage, look for him to negotiate access to the mount in return for Palestinian lands. Doubt they would ever go for it, but that would be a first move toward Armageddon.

3. Condi is in this too?
You gotta be kidding me!

Snippits of his belief that he was chosen by God for a few months but this is getting serious.

Any chance that Van Impe is lying?

I hope this is not true. If it is we've got to shout it from the rooftops.

This is worse than Nancy Reagan's astrologers.

Are they plotting imperialist strategy based on end-times theology?

if the fundementalists swallow this garbage, they will see W as fufilling their mad 'prophecy' and of course vote for him no matter how bloody his hands are

am I the only one who thinks it's odd that JC won't come back to reward us in Heavin until we have destroyed our environment and ravaged the globe with war & death?
