Negative Forces/Approaches are very short term. Not very enduring. But it is used because it works on the instinctive Level. But when this Instinctive Level is mixed with a Technical Level, especially if Nuclear energy is involved, its a lethal mix.

We have witnessed too many signs of a very Negative Force stifling the Good Forces that are best for America including the rest of the Planet.

1. Using Deception

Since The Positive Eamples are not available for use, The Pubs use deception, among other approaches, commonly known as BS.

When used on unsuspecting people who want to trust someone to lead the Nation, it can work on those who do not know History, science, odds, logic, and common sense. They have been led to trust in the Pub BS, they even bet on it.

For the person using Psyops, Go for the lies and BS that tugs at Emotion, the instinctive aspects of the Human Psyche.

Make the deception close to the truth if posible. This creates confusion. See 101.03 Confusion

The offshoot of Confusion is Dilution. see 101.5 Diluting Good Ideas til Unrecognizible.

The cousin to Deception is Distortion. The Smart Psyops programmer always use Distortion because its so confusing to the honest person. They just don't know how to tell truth from BS. The Pub Psyops Unit has long experience using this mode. Look at Rush and Sean, both aces on using distortioin and deception. They are both demagogues not hardly looking for any good in the opposition of the Pub Mantra, they are unbalanced.

2. 101.4 FEAR, the Pub Brain washing unit uses FEAR . They scare the

people then offer their solution to safety, which is "Muscle" AKA strong Military. This used to work in the old days but today, times have changed.

As we are finding out, military solutions are only part of the equation. The other side is ways to win friends. Bush has done the opposite. We have lost friends and allies because of blunders in Statesmanship. So the Fear factor is a Distortion/Distraction to confuse the people out there. This emotion is so strong, the Bush uses it quite frequently and even as he has a difficult time selling the notion, many people suck for it. Thus his ratings is still close to Kerry. People are afraid and the Pubs know it; use this angle for all its worth.

When about to be embarassed, use you media power to divert the public attention.

To do this as succesfully as possible, you have to include the following ingredients in the story to be hyped:
- well-known, "household" persons: either your average citizen (schoolkid, housewife, etc) or a celebrity. THE best is a celebrity that went from unknown average citzen to intergalactic fame.
- some taboos should be included: murder, rape, kinky sex, drugs, cloning, ...THE best is a violation of the moral and ethical standards which you proclaim to adhere to.
- pictures or videos should exist of the acts in question. In case you lack those, a high speed chase of the leading man/woman must be organised.
- the case at hand must have the potential to be a follow-through story: it will end up in court for example which will allow you to smear out the gory details for days if not months on end.
