Woo-Hoo, Al Franken's NUMBER 1 killing Anthrax
Edited on Tue Aug-12-03 05:31 PM by Kanzeon
at least on Amazon

I wonder if the clowns at Fox new that they'd deep 6 "Treason" with their silly stunt.

Regardless, it's good to see Anthrax thrashed.

I'm so proud of us all for the fine work we're doing here!

Anyhow, look at the Amazon website; if it weren't for Anthrax's friends buying a la L. Ron Hubbard's Dianetics, ...well, just LOOK at all the moderate and progressive books out there!

3. I love it
I love Al, I wish he would do a radio show. Why don't we start a vote and send it to him to let Al know how many people would love to hear him everyday on the radio. :toast:

6. Also in the top 25
Lies, Sleeping with the Devil, Fast Food Nation, Best Democracy Money Can Buy, Weapons on Mass Deception, and Big Lies...all in the TOP TEN! 6 of the top ten are all progressive/liberal books.

And Bushwacked (by Molly Ivins) Howard Zinn's People's History, Stupid White Men, Nickel and Dimed all right behind but still in the top 25.

Damn good representation. Who says America is not liberal?

9. Oh my god--a book about Buddy Cianci is #29!
He's the beloved ex-mayor of Providence, RI who is in prison. I've posted several times here on DU about what RI politics are like and if anyone is interested in the (crooked) details this is probably a fascinating book.

10. Think Hannity will mention that Franken whupped
Coulter?

My take on Hannity's spin:

Ann Coulter "trouncing" Hillary Clinton on the sales list is like saying that Gigli trounced Terminator 3 - been out for some time, everybody who wanted to see it in the theatres has seen it, a few faithful went to see the newest flick out, no matter how bad it is.
