4. Why do people assume terrorism?
When propane is as expensive as it is, this seemed to me a pretty obvious fuel heist.

5. Texas DUers, Please keep us informed if they mention if the propane
was recovered with the trucks or if they were empty. The news link didn't mention when I checked it. Thanks.
