that times like this is when DU really shines. Y'all are good people to have in a storm. I'd say, between the four threads in GD, the updates within the threads, and the different things covered here in GD, this board contains basically everything that anyone might concievably need to know about what happened tonight.

It was like this on September 11, spiced monstrously more heavily with shock and horror and woe and rage and fear. But the board did exactly then what it's doing now. This is pretty much the reason why I didn't go insane that day.

2. on 09/11, we still had enough National Guard here in America...

shrub should have called out what's left of the National Guard ASAP to keep order and assist emergency responders.....

this event really shows that SAD shape of America for another terrorist attack...
