A story about a Dictator

In 2000, a Dictator was appointed Ruler of a nation for 4 years by the Supreme Council. He chose a terrorist as his Second in Command. He also chose a racist to be the greatest Law Enforcement Officer in the land.

In 2001, a catastrophe happened. While this was happening, the Dictator was in a photo-op. After it happened, the terrorist hid inside a mountain somewhere in a desert. The racist made a Supreme Proclamation that went against that nation's constitution and also put over a 1000 people in jail just because of their color and/or beliefs.

Near the end of 2001, a war happened, because of that catastrophe that happened months before. And another war happened in 2003. Now both these wars were in oil containing countries. And it just so happened that the terrorist was having secret meetings with leaders of energy companies.
