3. ...
Are you kidding? She is another oil whore. She has a fucking oil tanker with her name on the side. THERE IS AN OIL TANKER NAMED AFTER HER. If someone can't see that she is a corporate whore, and she gets elected...ever...I will kill myself. I'm not kidding. I said it. If Condoleeza Rice gets elected president, I will blow my goddamn brains out.

8. Anti-Affirmative Action after, pro-AA before she rose to power
She pees in the bucket after she had her drink; this way, no one else will be able to drink his or her fill. Or, I got mine--to hell with you!

7. Never happen
Edited on Sun Aug-24-03 09:49 PM by Booberdawg
Not that I wouldn't like to see a woman run for president - or a Black, male OR female. I've never liked her. She doesn't come across well - whiny and ... oh I don't know what it is that turns me off. I don't think it's because I'm white - I hope not. Would be interesting to hear from Black DU members on this. I'm open for some enlightenment on the subject.

on edit - BESIDES the fact that she's a Republican and part of the OIL junta. (automatic decline)

9. You're joking right....
I mean, why waste the energy attacking her. She's a black, female republican. Let's face it, in a "Bush Amurika", the only chance she would ever have of winning a presidental election is if the only person that she was running against was either gay or an athiest.

On a slightly smaller scale, for her to even win the support of her party, she would have to change either her skin color, her sex or her political party.

In other words, "we" wouldn't need to put forth any effort attacking her, because she's not electable. And the worst part of it all is, is that I don't see that fact changing any in the next 20 or 30 years.

This country isn't ready for a Black male to be president, let alone a Black woman. It won't happen cap'n. Don't spend any energy thinking about it.

11. Why not point out that her
incompetence was one of the top key factors in the deaths of 3000 people on 9-11.

14. That's my biggest gripe about her.
She's an incompetent hack. She doesn't even lie well.

12. You wouldn't have to do anything
There won't be a woman president for a very long time yet

Republican or Democrat

The country isn't remotely ready for that

15. Here's how:
Her research and education is soviet studies. It's almost totally irrelevant today. She works now for a president with a 1950s understanding of how the world works. I'd just make the point that she says nothing about the future, and probably doesn't even understand how the world is moving into the future because her professional experience is basically in holding America in the past, and her educational experience is about a world which no longer exists.

There are so many smart black political women out there, why her?

17. Point out her weaknesses to weaken Bush...
Attacking her as a presidential candidate is a bit premature, but we could question:

Her inexperience at practically ANYTHING?

What terrorism memos where on her desk from January - Sept 11.?

Why didn't she take Sandy Berger seriously when he warned her of Bin Laden?

Why didn’t she execute the Berger plan for dealing with the Cole?

What did she know about the lies about Aluminum pipes, drones, or the Niger connection and why didn’t she argue for ACCURATE intelligence?

That's off teh top of my head.

-Sandy
