The heart and soul of America lies in Hollywood? I don't remember Kerry saying this. Does anyone else?

1. It was something he said to the room after the speakers got
done at the fundraiser with Bono and Whoopi. He said the people in the room were the heart and soul of America, or something like that; and they added the Hollywood part.

3. He didn't say it
I heard the actual quote on NPR yesterday and he said nothing of the kind. Its just more GOP lies.

I don't recall the verbatim quote but it was something to the effect of that the actors/actresses/musicians that he was speaking to had each in their own way evoked what was great about America.

take a few words of Kerry's and string it into something which has no relation to the original meaning.
