If Bush suddenly became ill with a heart condition....
do you think the media celebrities who call themselves journalists would start talking about his years of abusing his health through excessive alcohol consumption and drug use?

Didn't think so.....
So why is it all I can hear is how Clinton used to like to go to McDonalds?

2. The media isn't respectable any longer. Just forget about them, they
just pander to people who are drones. There is a very small pool of decent journalist left, none of which are talking heads.

3. Sure they are jerks
but the reality is that many, if not most people in this world and this country have an enormous amount of respect for Clinton. This will just make these creeps look like the creeps they are. Nobody really cared that Clinton went to McD's. It was funny and a bit endearing to the masses who were working too hard to do anything else but go to McD's.

10. Yes, and oh puleez!
Has anyone taken a look at the "average" American? We aren't exactly a country full of swimsuit models. I'll bet a lot of people who ridicule his eating habits do it while eating a big mac and fries. He has heart disease in his family and if you do you can be skinny as a rail and still suffer from heart disease. Same goes for cholesterol. My own doctor, who is slim and plays tennis and does all kinds of stuff takes Lipitor. He says cholesterol is mainly genetic. My pharmacist, who is this tiny little lady who weighs about 100 lbs. also has high cholesterol. And my future mother in law is also a tiny little lady who I don't think has ever weighed over 110. But she's had bypass surgery and takes medication. And besides Clinton had done something about his weight. He has been looking fit, trim and healthy. Diet and exercise are important but so is genetics. And if you have that against you, you can still get sick.

11. Exactly!
Dana Carvey and David Letterman both are not overweight and they still had to have bypass surgery. I'm not sure about Letterman's exercise regiment, but I know that Carvey ran a lot. Of course, it's always best to eat right and exercise regularly to reduce the RISK of heart problems--but nothing can absolutely prevent something from happening.
