If you need to register here's the place to go ( got this in a Kerry e-mail):

On this site you can register and request a ballot. Registration takes 5 minutes. All you overseas DUers get on it!

contact your county Election office for the deadlines in your area

Contact your voting officer! Our deadline for mailing the ballots has already expired, but a chit can be ran to extend your absentee ballot. LETS GET MOVING!!
