Why isn't anyone being tried for outing Valerie Plame yet again?

It's not like we don't know who outed her, we just aren't sure who told Novak, right? If this is how our government protects its intelligence community, what makes anyone think the intelligence community is still working for our government? Are they trying to encourage treason by not punishing it? And, most of all, what the fuck is wrong with Novak's teeth?

7. My puzzlement is this:

Suppose the WH leak told, say, 15 "journalists" about Valerie Plame's job and none of them blabbed it to the whole nation. Then the WH leaker is the only criminal.

One "journalist" DID blab it to the whole nation..Novak. How is HE not, clearly a criminal? Why isn't he in the pokey?
