Who was benefiting from the laundering of drug money back in the 1980s? BCCI, of course! It was the Reagan administration that was using BCCI to launder its drug money, and Kerry's Commission found this out.

Missed who it was that's calling in, but apparently the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals ordered Florida to follow its own state election laws. Imagine that! But, will the Florida District Court actually hold a hearing on remand in time for the November election? Iffy.

Caller making the excellent point that the higher the turnout, the better Kerry's chances are for being elected. The more votes, the more better.

Recounts, legislative shenanigans, state court ruling, federal courts butting in, Supreme Court making a "just this one time" ruling, the Brooks Brothers riot, and so forth and so on. Nauseating to remember that time.

Apparently, Wexler used the same "uniform standard" ruling from Bush v. Gore to get the 11th Circuit to overrule the District Court judge. Bit him in the ass, even if he WAS sitting on the bench. Sweet.
