Funny how the closer we get to the election the more "Theresa should shut-up" and sexist and cultural divisive threads are popping up.
Although I think these wankers are wasting their time, they're not going to get one single DUer to vote for their IDIOTIC FRAT-BOY LOSER...I'm really sick of seeing them get folks so riled up and attacking each other.
I'm not trying to censor anyone's opinion and I'm nowhere near the Head Cheerleader for Kerry. But it would be less stressful for all of us if we didn't feed the trolls. I know Skinner doesn't want to close down registrations in advance, but damn I wish he'd reconsider.
2. Teresa made a mistake and she apologized - end of story
I think the fact that she called and personally apologized shows just the sort of forthright person she is. She's not perfect and sometimes says things out of hand, as do we all.
call Senator Leahy and personally apologize for his freaking purposefully profane statement?
This is Hillary all over again and it's sad so many supposed "liberal" men are jumping on the bandwagon. They criticize Laura for being a Stepford wife, yet when a strong Dem woman emerges and speaks candidly, she is roundly told to get back in the fucking kitchen and shut the fuck up.
who wished THK hadn't made the remark about LB's work hx. I'm not even going to begin to defend my status here at DU. I appreciate that you aren't trying to censor anyone. Too often, it feels as if a dissenting opinions are reflexively slapped down as being disloyal. Too bad. One other thing, I don't believe that this brouhaha will have the slightest impact on support for JK. I do regret the distraction.
