who is Craig Crawford
and what is up with his stupid commentary. I saw him on the Early Show this morning and he was saying that most Democrats are only voting for Kerry because they hate Bush--where the hell has he been the last couple of months? This guy annoys the hell out of me. Doesn't he write for the Congressional Quarterly or something like that? I need to send this guy an email...he's one of those people who makes underhanded jabs while he's smiling. I would rather someone just come out and be obviously biased toward Bush than have these back-stabbing jabs like he does:mad:

1. he runs hot and cold....
Keith Olberman seems to like him and has him on often. I find him extremely annoying most of the time. Here is his Bio...

2. Don't get me wrong - I hate George Bush
but I voted for Kerry because I know that he'll be an awesome president. I could go into all the reasons why, but I'd be preaching to the choir.

I campaigned for Dean during the primaries, but now I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Kerry is simply the only one I want as my president.

3. Man, talk about the 'fox and the grapes' --
Edited on Thu Oct-21-04 09:36 AM by nownow
that 'they only vote for him because they hate Bush*' bullshit isn't gonna matter, in the end, if they vote for Kerry. Kerry will win just as strongly if people voted for him because they hate Bush* -- what the hell difference does it make what the motivation is? The fox thought the grapes were probably sour, too, when he found out no matter what he did, he couldn't get to them.

8. Actually, it's probably a good sign that they're sticking with that line.
It gives you an idea how scared the Goopers are, that they're pushing this. And let's be honest -- what do they think they're going to accomplish? Do they actually think they can shame people out of voting who registered to vote, some for the first time, by telling them what they already know? I know a few people who probably are only voting this year because they can't stand the thought of an other four years of Bush* and his cabal -- you know what, though? Their votes will come out the other end looking exactly the same as mine, which is going to Kerry because I actually think he'd be a positive change. This little tidbit only serves to entertain and amuse people who aren't going to stop hating Bush* before 11/2. It's really kind of sad for them, that they feel compelled to keep harping on it.

4. Dobn't diss him
Over the course of time he is quite fair. I think he is a liberal and becuse of his publication he remains"neutral". If you watch him over time he is left leaning. That is why Olberman likes him.

7. as if hating bush and his policies isn't a legit reason....
I personally believe that voting for Kerry because you hate bush is just as much of a reason as any.

Wasn't it General George Patton who said, "You don't win wars by dying for your country... you win wars by making the other poor bastard die for their country!"

Let's face it, the mess we're in falls squarely on those narrow Crawford, Texas shoulders. The repukes must really be stupid to think that this mess we're in (on so many issues) isn't a legitimate reason to vote for Kerry.

You bet it is! Vote Kerry and make sure you get everyone you know that's a kerry supporter to the polls on Nov. 2nd.

I hope the turnout is so heavy and overwhelming in Kerry/Edward's favor that there'll be no doubt who won the election on Nov. 3rd.

Jut do it! Turn out and vote! Rent a mini-van or a u-haul and toss some couches and easy chairs in it and offer to drive people to the polls.
