Air America Stream not working

I see many people have the same error message, and are not able to connect to AAR. I upgraded the media player ver. 9 a few days ago when this happened, and AAR worked for 3 days , now off again.I bet if I updated to ver 10, It would work again, but I do not want ver. 10, too intrusive. Any help.The error message is 0xC00D11B3: Encountered a network problem, network is too busy, or you do not have the correct proxy settings". Since I have a dial up connection, I cannot change the proxy settings , for HTTP, as It is a dial up connection, not a network connection.Any help appreciated.

7. Part of the problem was that Ted's cell phone was acting

terribly.

8. I have dial up also

got much better connections after I downloaded Real Player and changed the RP settings to have it the default player. No problems so far but I was having the same difficulties with Windows Media V10 as youdescribe.

10. Also had problems this morning

then I tried to listen to Tom Hartman on itunes.... itunes was not working either. Maybe tinfoil hats are in order.
