Weak & whiny Dems?
You need to shake yourself and wake up. You say you've had enough fighting, well let me tell you what! Bush and co is going to hurt you & your rights so bad, if you stop fighting now you're not going to survive another 4 years. Here or not here you won't.

So do yourself a favor and never give up the fight. Darwin theory.

1. I agree.
Right now, I feel tired and defeated, but we can't afford to let those feelings get the best of us.

4. I think a lot of us have only begun to fight!
I'm a little stunned right now, and not going as whacko as I thought I would if the unthinkable happened. We've already started the fight, and we're going to keep it up until we get this country back. I'm going to be boycotting the institutions that are helping to keep this lethal dumbass in power, for a start.

5. I wish I could fight
but I am so disheartened right now. I haven't been able to sleep, thinking about how wrong we were. So many people here (and elsewhere) believed it would be a cakewalk for Kerry. I did too. I really thought it would be- all the signs seemed to point to it. We would have massive turnout and all those newly registered voters. Well, where were they?? I guess conventional wisdom happened to be right here. Newly registered voters didn't turn out and the youth vote apparently didn't either. What is wrong with people that they don't vote??? Don't they understand what is at stake here??? I don't know if there is a lot of voter fraud or note. I suspect that there is though. I will never, ever believe that George W. Bush is a legitimately elecre3d President.

6. Yes, weak and whiney never did nothin'
Democracy exists only with a strong, united minority opposition. That's us until we become a strong, united majority. I'll never forget Michael Moore on Maher, when he told a repug, "Hey, you're not talking to a weak and whiny Democrat, now!" I cheered when I heard him say that....and I don't WANT to be weak and whiny.
