First they came for the Jews
First they came for the Jews

And I did not speak out –

Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for the communists

And I did not speak out –

Because I was not a communist.

Then they came for the trade unionists

And I did not speak out –

Because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for me –

And there was no-one left

To speak out for me.

Pastor Niemöller, 1938

4. You are welcome. I thought it might be perceived as too serious but in a
big way, we let the world down. First in 2000. And now.

2. The odds are the "first" this time will be poor and disabled and old and
sick.

Those who are easily picked off because there is no support in the general population, or within the Dem party.

We will be sacrificed.

Let me amend that........ there is too much support for old folks, so they will be phased out more gradually.

As one on the firing line, who has been ignored and vilified, let me tell you, it's more than a sad feeling, or evven one of fear.

It's one of inevitable fate.

Not that it will matter.

3. I have been thinking that all day.
Who will speak up for us now? How can we be united when we have no real representation?
