1. Perhaps so.
I,however, do not chose to focus on the party right now. I welcome you taking that angle over.

I've decided to focus on standing by my principles, and working with organizations I believe in.

2. Yes!
This whole "party is dead" and "all is lost" mentality is driving me up the wall! The tactics of the Democratic leadership clearly haven't worked and now is the time to try a new strategy. It's not that hard. It's progress.

5. No Bi-Partisanship
No Bi-Partisanship---what a crck from the Repuks---they never came accross the aisle. They even closed the Dems out Senate and House conferences. Don't play the repuks games set the ground rules don't react to the Repuks.

6. You need leverage to intimidate. We need to get that first.
We have absolutely 0 leverage right now. The republicans are invincible right now, we hated Bush soo much and we couldnt beat him.

That is what they just saw happen.

We need to continue using what little leverage we have to force compromises, however small, in legislation.

At the same time we simply need to take our progressive energy and use it to pick up the democratic party, possess it, and win this war.
