Am I wrong or did Scott Petersen get more coverage than Election/Vote

Count? How long have Americans had to deal with this Petersen thing. I have to say...I might not even be spelling his name correctly because my remote...long ago wore through with clicking off whatever was going on with that story.

Has the "Pew Research Trust" done a survey of the importance of the "Petersen Trial?" Has Neilson done a "ratings survey" of the viewers tuning on for the latest on this story?

I think it's gone on forever! But...as I said, I refused to watch it and my TV is "mute" since "Selection II" so I wouldn't really know what the big deal was with it...except that it appealed to "anti-abortion" crowd who saw him as "Murdering HIS BAAAABIE...Southern Speak" and so "He should be "Put in JAIIIIILLL...for MUDAHRING HIS BAAAABIE!

I saw the "flash by" on Yahoo Home Page (my home page) that he had been indicted...I passed it by without a click on the story. He's GONE...I thought...Thank God Ahmighty...he's GONE!!!!!! and I don't care to hear the details of it...nor do I think most Americans would...except that the damned story was more important than: Iraq, Job Losses, Corporate Crime, Bush Lies, and the United States Election......

Maybe I'm missing what the folks who voted for Bush really "get off on." Probably...

1. You're not wrong
But this is nothing new in American media. Seems like since Tonya Harding, Danny Buttafuco et al, the media is always looking for the next sensational case.

Apparently real news is too boring.

3. I was just thinking about that
and hoping that with that winding down, maybe the MSM will be looking for another 'big' story. (yeah, right!)

2. Nope, you're not mistaken
Now that Arafat is in the ground and the effing jury has convicted Scott, maybe there'll be some news time for the recount story.

5. No Mo' Peterson, No Mo' Kobe, No Mo' JJ Breasts...
What will be Big Brother's next product roll-out to distract, consume, and divert attention of the mindless masses from the new Butcher of Baghad's latest conquests?

Stay tuned.
