Wait a minute... Hunting?
From what I am reading Chaney was hunting when he "caught a cold". Now I will be the first to admit I know nothing about hunting but I do know that in PA hunting season begins the Monday after Thanksgiving. That is a day we ALWAYS had off.

How can you be hunting now? Or am I completely dumb?

There has been hunting for weeks now for small game types of things, and bow/arrow, etc.

5. Plus,
maybe he had Nino Scalia with him, which, if that's the case, means THE LAW IS WHAT SCALIA SAYS IT IS.

So there.

Peasants.

8. Every man in my family is hunting today.
Except the little one, that is. (9 years old) It's kinda nice - I am all alone right now 'cause the little one went to the store with my daughter.

I'm in Arkansas. Today's the first day of gun season. They've already had a muzzleload season. And, bow season runs a long time.

I don't know where Cheney was hunting or how it is in other states.

10. hey....while we're on the subject..
did you know that enlisted active duty soldiers do not have to honor the hunting regulations? seriously. my brother was just home on leave for a week or so & went deer hunting pre-season, brought back one doe and one buck. He told us that it's a written rule they are all notified of, that they get a special license that identifies them as active-duty and lets them shoot out of season, from roadways, and without payment of fees. He says it's to keep them in practice *sigh* --Weird, huh?
