Two Images That Have Recently Occurred in My Head

There have been two images that have recently occurred in my head:

1. In a dream, my house was some sort of government building. Donald Rumsfeld was taking questions with some people standing around him, and I, the trying-to-be-objective reporter, kept hounding him about the WMD. (Just to be clear, I never took a side in the whole pro/anti-war debate.) And when I wouldn't let up, he threw a nasty, snide remark in my direction. Then he had people start shooting at me.

2. I imagined John Kerry and his lovely wife, Teresa Heinz Kerry, getting off the green presidential helicopter after a trip somewhere. They both had smiles on their faces, with Teresa looking very content in sunglasses and John looking proud and confident, as they walked into the White House. This image was broadcast on CNN, where the anchor was reporting how President Kerry and First Lady Teresa Heinz Kerry were enjoying much success and admiration.
