Marine did not want to return to Iraq; kills cop
Bush's insane war continues to have horrific effects on our soldiers, and the communities/families they return to. This happened in my county, a conservative part of CA. Now we have all these brain-dead repukes scratching their heads trying to figure this out. Idiots.

1. Dang.
This is just going to get worse. Soldiers' families will be especially vulnerable. More blood on GW's hands.

2. go to jail or go to Iraq
I wouldn't want to go to Iraq and possibly kill people but he killed someone anyway and I sure as hell wouldn't want to go to jail either. Maybe he can claim mental anguish or something along that line. Having a husband that was in Iraq a year ago, I know how the news coming from Iraq affects him and the thought of going back is unbearable.
