DU researchers: Is the United States still looking for WMD in Iraq?
I remember hearing recently, around December, that the search for WMD in Iraq officially ended, but am having trouble finding any news stories about it. Does anyone have links to any stories about this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

3. Um that would be a negative
I think they 'officially' stopped looking about a month or two ago.

6. Actually, the news that they had stopped looking broke a month or two ago
which was a month or two after they stopped looking in reality. In other words, they stopped looking before the election, and much like the other damaging info (52 warnings pre-9/11, etc.) they didn't let the report out until after the "election."

7. You're right, I forgot to mention that
They in reality stopped looking a couple of months before they reportered it.

4. Incidentally....
....there were a ton of news stories on it when it happened. But, the holiday season was in full effect. A good time to break bad news. Everybody was too busy to notice. (Except of course, DUers!)
