Cool Site: Evil GOP Bastards
I like this site a lot. It says that they "expose the ugly truth
about the Republican Party's diabolical plot to replace constitutional democracy with an oligarchic
fascist theocracy."

I'm sure a lot of you have already seen it. For those others

1. This site rules. About time.
I think this is what Howard Dean was talking about when he said he hates them and everything they stand for.

The other day I said something about the debate, and how we demonize the other side, and that it reflected poorly on us.

Maybe. But today I'm of the mind that calling a spade a spade is fair play.

They are evil. The sheeple that follow them may not know it, may not want to know it.

But that doesn't change the fact that the people running the show are evil.

Call it like it is. Great site.

3. Thanks for the link. Never been to this site.
Loved the article, "The Sleep of Reason Amid Wild Dogs & Gin" by Joe Bageant. What he says about hate is right on & very depressing.

snip...

Moral values of course had jack to do with anything. What those people were voting for a couple of months ago was hatred of other human beings culturally unlike themselves, particularly gays and lesbians, but also non-born-again Christians. That's why Republicans got constitutional amendments banning same-sex marriage on the ballot in eleven states. They suspected the hate was there to be exploited. And it was, passing easily in nine of the eleven states. It was always about hating those who are different. Hating "the other."
