Fox is a testament to how diabolically brilliant Rupert Murdoch is
Think about it, on the regular Fox Network, he pulls people in with the most consistently low brow entertainment on TV.

Then, on Fox News, he pulls in more suckers by having his Talking Heads rail about how trash TV (the type he shows) is corrupting our values and culture.

Talk about playing both ends to the middle.

3. He's a profiteer, plain and simple
He has no moral compass. He isn't pro-right, he's pro-cash. He'd cheer on eating babies and sacrificing virgins to the volcano if it meant more money for him. Mark my words, when the right wing finally jumps the old shark, and the pendulum swings sharply to the left, he'll be our biggest cheerleader...why? Because it's all about the GOLD. We will be well advised to look askance at him when that time comes.

No soul, no grounding, no real empathy at all. The term FAUX says it all! Cash keeps him warm and cozy...cretinous bastard!
