Why doesn't Brian Williams have to apologize and resign for
the false Saddam judge story" He said the story was verified and he ran it and said the guy was assassinated when he wasn't. Worse, he ran his picture after all that effort had been taken to conceal the judge's identity! Now the guy is an identifiable target. He might really be murdered. Isn't this worse than "Rathergate" or am I missing something?

It is because Brian Williams engages in fellatio with members of the Republican Party. He's rather enthusiastic about it, and really tries to experience the entire length.

That's what whores do, you know ...

3. Reminds me of the
Robert Novak leak where he wasn't even spoken of harshly for it much less punished. I think it's a favortism thing personally.

his network and demanded that his failure be addressed?

9. Bottom line
Broadcast news in America is not credible and is NO more. Face it, our country is gone and the average American is the same as the average German during the late 30's. Nobody demands accuracy from the press that is pro-bush. The news that is considered good is the news that gives propaganda, it no longer has to be accurate unless it's critical of the party or the "leader".

10. Because Karl Rove didn't release the story...............
like he did with "Rathergate". I he had, you'd see a hue and cry from the right for his removal. As it is, Brian Williams is just a dumb fuck and NBC news a disgrace.

18. He has no shame. He's a fake. He's a ?Douche bag of Liberty!
Hair-boy doesn't apologize for anything. Why should he? He has a big contract and they can't afford to sully his image. If the judge is murdered, the other networks will go after him and he'll be toast. They we get the odious Matt Lauer or Katey Couric! Yummy.

19. he will resign if we make a "swift boats" fuss over it, but being the more
sane, sensible party we'll probably give him a pass.

Though if anyone want to lead the "Brian Williams RESIGN!" attack I'd throw in some money to help them out.
