Poll question: (see non-poll version) which Nazi propaganda method ISN'T Bush using?

It's easy to throw around terms like "Nazi" and "fascist," it's something else to prove it.

I can easily think of examples of Bush using each of these methods. Which do you think he DOESN'T use?

My challenge to DUers is to find the examples in Bush's speech or PR shaped incidents to support Bush's use of each.
