LOOK: Arafat assassination scheduled for Q1 of 2004.

Looks like they were predicting the assassination would be in Q1 of 04.

Look in the center column - 4th under "Special Event Security"

2. I'm not sure you're reading that right.
At that price, the odds aren't great that Arafat will be killed. The price of Arafat being killed and the price of the Hashemites being overthrown were the same, and the Hashemites aren't likely to be going anywhere.

Got a link to that site? I'd like to take a look at their mechanics.
