When will Americans
Say enough is enough?

When will people amputate the right wing and clean the bullies and corrupt assholes and theocracies out of power?

How long are we going to let the so called"elites" continue to get away with dismantling OUR constitution? Dismantling OUR ineffable human rights and the rights of humans in other countries to not be tortured, raped and scammed? When will we stand together to stop these Christan Taliban hellbent on taking OUR freedoms away in the name of THEIR selfish interests? The "asshole neocons" taking away OUR privacy bit by bit in the name of their OWN security and paranoia of being held accountable for their misdeeds and exploitation and abuse of the public trust??

When will Americans come together and begin to make it all crystal clear to those in high places, the rich, the talking heads, the bullies and churches,That there are real and direct consequences for such horrific corruption, abuse of power and crimes against humanity and treason?

How long are we going to tolerate inaction out of the non leaders we call leaders to lead, when I think, they pause because they know they are owned by the same corrupt powers and apatites that hurt this country. They too are compromised, corrupted and cowardly and don't want the truth of their slime out there any more than the neocons want their slime revealed in public? Slime is slime it's time to get rid of it ALL regardless of which side of the isle it is on.

When will we do what it takes to take back our country?
When will we stop bullying each other and scapegoating over fatness, gayness or if someone is different?
When will we look at the real problem the Bush making us ILL every time he speaks on TV .couldn't he be a big cause of many of our discontents?
How will our power unfold if we never step up and use it??
Do we even dare imagine it could be better if we make it so?

Will we sit by and let another election be stolen because the corporate news won't tell the story and make it popular??
Will we let Bush stage another"terrorist attack" to distract us from more unsavory truths about PNAC?
By our inaction and failure to stop the'machine' of business do we tacitly accept scandal after scandal because we believe in our own helplessness, saying what can you do,..because we are afraid to risk, we are chained to the job, chained to kids we can barely afford and should not have had,but must support somehow.Have we built our own traps with our thoughtless selfishness and decisions to let the"professionals" who never earned our trust but scooted by our scam detection on charisma promises, daring, marketing P.R.and this reputation ..we let them fix it,for us... when they really were stealing our country from under us.. as they pretended they were decent people who respected the American People.

So all the neocons had to do is just slam the door shut now?

We have been taken,folks.

Do we we bitch about it with more dis-empowered mouthing off. pointing fingers at each other,..as we get up go to work to feed the very machine committing the crimes against us and the world? When will we stop being accessories to crime by funding it's funders with OUR labor and time?? We dug this hole it will take a bit of struggle and discomfort to dig ourselves out.

How deep does this denial, fear of risk, social atomization, fear self absorption, fear of change, this cultural apathy and emotional disconnect in the American people go?

I am wondering...Because I am so very sad and disappointed in We the people.. We who forgot to FORCE our"leaders" to respect OUR Constitution and bill of rights, our New Deal, uphold this countries founding ethical principles of Equality ,plurality ,rule of law and separation of church and state. WE have lost our country in the name of seeking a piece of the "good life"that now, We are afraid to risk losing..a ethical cowardice which makes the future very bleak for all of us.

We fiddle with the TV remote while America burns her soul away for comfort,We sit around talking about it,still in denial of how bad the coming human irresponsibility and greed created hell will be to LIVE trhrough..A hell we could have so easily prevented if we CARED to risk caring enough about each other as human beings, enough to protect what principles really matters.from what doesn't.

1. Bread and Circuses
In order to keep the people of Rome from becoming too too unhappy with their lives, the government provided them with enough food (bread) so they wouldn't starve and enough entertainment (circuses) so they would be amused.

And that's exactly why the general public isn't revolting. As long as they have enough to eat; as long as they have relative comfort and as long as they are entertained. So nowadays you would call it "McDonalds and TV"...

And the Romans didn't even invented it. The food program was the key behind the Ancient Egyptian Civilisation as well and it is the main reason why they managed to last for so long.

2. The Problems, And You Nailed Them, Are
Greed, Apathy, Selfishness, Fear, Loathing, and Scapegoating.

Don't expect people to change any time soon. enlightenment doesn't come easily...and not without a lot of bitter experience.

I like to think I am an enlightened person at this point, but I have walked through a hell of shitstorm to get where I am at now. a bigger shitstorm than most Americans can even imagine, let alone withstand.

Sorry to say, things haven't gotten bad enough here yet for enough people for critical mass. Things are gonna have to get a lot worse.

and when critical mass is reached, change will come. And, in my opinion, it won't come peacefully, either. These assholes who took over our country are not going to just walk away when We The People say "pretty please" if you catch my drift.
