did anyone watch dateline last night?

did anyone watch dateline last night?
they did a story on the most dangerous roads in america. and the people "in charge" said they could not fix the roads because they didn't have the federal funds. a lot of people are being killed on these roads because of deterioration,bad design, outdated, etc. yet we have billions of dollars to fight a phony war?

3. Yes, but one reason many states are strapped for funds....
Is the need to make up for less federal funding in other areas. And the same anti-tax folks are gaining control in state legislatures, as well.
