Adm. Verk Clark talking to AEI on C-SPAN 2 now
at some military conference on the Navy. This guy is getting downright tingly and glowy over all the new technology that they'll get to play with. The guy before him was pushing a whole new fleet of nuclear powered subs. I'm convinced that people at this level of the military think they are still 6 years old and playing soldier, or worse, 12 and playing on a Gameboy. They want new toys. Let's keep spreadind freedom.

1. Hmm reality is that the sub fleet actually does need more boats
to do the missions they need to do... we don't have enough boats and the LA Class is slowly creeping up to the end of its operational life... whether you like takign care of the military or not, they do need new boats... as a wife of a retired submariner I can tell yuo we do. Now I want those subs to be able to handle women on board
