Our Leaders have failed us.
See George? See Tony? Chasing Fake WMD's did nothing to save the lives of those in London this morning. We marched as millions, but we were ignored. Are we safer? Fighting Terror begins at home. It started with me voting for Al Gore, and then for John Kerry. I can't imagine how many lives would have been saved had those votes actually been counted.

Both of you will live with blood on your hands. From the infant in Iraq never given a chance at life thanks to the "accuracy" of your bombs, to the commuter just going to do his job in London. There are hundreds of thousands of them.

Thanks for proving us right. Thanks for nothing. Thanks for years and years of death and turmoil.

4. after 9/11 we needed to have this discussion, but never did
after 9/11 insteading of uniting the world against terrorism, bush attacked Iraq based on a lie

It is time to be honest now

6. I agree. The discussion is too late.
It should have started 9/11/01.

5. Hard not to, NSS. Cheney told us we would all be safe
if we voted for the right ticket. Innocents are dying now after we hear "bring em on" and "last throes". It's devestating.

3. Agreed. . . the British police can tell the media "not to speculate"
all they like. But we all know who perfectly coordinated high-profile attacks are indicative of don't we?

While Tony and Georgie diverted troops and attention from the real al Qaeda (not the "al Qaeda in Iraq" which is a by-product of the invasion), bin Laden and his cohorts have been free to plan unhindered.

Thanks guys, you've done a wonderful job.

8. You KNOW that they'll.....
try to turn this around and use it to justify and perhaps intensify their idiotic policies in the "war on terra". :eyes:

If the people of The U.K. and the U.S. but into this bullshit again, all is lost. I hope we've all learned our lessons, but the mighty wurlitzer has a way of confusing and herding people in their desired direction.

10. Good Post- So True!
Nearly everyone here knew that the "war on terror" would not lead to peace. All Dubya has done is kick the hornets nest. Blair sided with the devil instead of setting him straight.
It is all very sad.

13. I for one am glad that Saddam is in jail where he can do no harm.
I wonder if any of our brilliant congressmen will see the last few years as the folly and profiteering that they have really been. Those explosives in Iraq were sealed and locked prior to all of this... good job not securing anything but the oil ministry once we got there... dipshits.
