Message to all from Termite.

Termite asked me to post on his behalf that they are busy planning Andy's memorial and remembering and talking about the incredible person who was such an important part of their lives.

Termite is not really into using the computer, but he has read many of the threads on here about Andy and appreciates the love being shown. Unfortunately, he hasn't responded because he is unsure how to post (Andy used to set up messages for him and then explain how to hit the post button).

I told him how easy it was and maybe one day he will try it. Right now, the family is trying to hold together in their grief and devastation...awed at the number of people who loved Andy.

9. Andy touched so many people's lives

I'm sure that Termite and Mrs S and the rest of their family realize that. I only met him once but I'll never forget him, and I hope that the coming days provide lots of opportunities for them to talk about what a special guy he was. There are thousands of people all over the country thinking and talking about that too, who can't make it to Seattle. We're there in spirit!

It will be difficult for him when the mother and sisters head back to Texas. I will stay in touch with Ted. And, he has friends in Seattle who will be there for him.

of caring and support to Termite and Mrs. S. and all friends and family.

Seems the hardest job is for the ones left heartbroken, to pick up life again.

If Termite or anyone is of a metaphysical bent, I can say I've found the books "Journey of Souls" and "Destiny of Souls" by Dr. Michael Newton, to be very comforting. They make alot of sense to me.

I never met him but I too feel like I've lost a friend. :(

33. I wish I could give condolences in person on Sat.,

but cannot come due to family circumstances. My every other thought this week has been for Andy's loved ones. It's very lonely on DU without him, I can only imagine how overwhelmingly lonely it is for his loved ones and friends that knew him in person.
