17. I would have added something to the chopping down the terror tree.

Brilliant cartoon, but it really should have had bush caught sneaking behind the tree and pouring "Miracle-Gro" into the ground around the base of the tree. It's remarkable how bush has made terrorism grow by leaps and bounds.
