3. The non-response of NORAD and lack of defense of the Pentagon & war games
The non-response of NORAD and lack of defense of the Pentagon.
Testimony of Sentor Dayton and an interview with Dr. Bowman (Lt. Col. Ret. USAF) by Micheal Kane. He discusses the war games planned that very morning at the exact time the event occured.
Powerful 15 min...

4. If you're into reading
and want an incredible source of information on events leading up to and including 911, check out "The Terror Timeline" by fellow DU'er, Paul Thompson. It's a fantastic book.

5. I was impressed with this show.
Looking forward to part II tonight.

It was brutal truth and well documented. If you don't get this channel go to http://www.inside911.com and you can watch all the interviews.
They are worth it.

8. It's available now, but I didn't write down the telephone
number that was advertised during the show last night. Check out the website, they might have it.

9. If it's like all the National Geo specials it will be in less than a month
They did make a short mention of the DVD on the website, but no links to purchase it yet.

I'd say after the end of the premier tonight they'll run an ad for the DVD. They always sell these and they are very reasonable.. around 20.00 usually.

7. If it is anything like
the history channel special on the Reagan Assassination attempt it will be a seal of approval on the aura of the brave victim with full permission by lack of any followup to ignore any questions about the assassin and the Bushes or anything else for that matter. it featured mainly Reagan cabinet officials reminiscing on the great man and putting "humanity" into his and their own performance. Hague was priceless in his unapologetic depiction of his taking control.

I expect something between this and Oliver Stone(not even approaching the latter really)because the Commission sealed the non-followup, non-responsibility, non questioning deal officially so the "historic" pieces coming out can go ahead to that level without fear. To expect real history from TV is a bit insane considering the process and the format. to expect challenges or investigation from a corporate network would be expecting the Disney Channel to repent and air Fahrenheit 911 every week.

If you lower your expectations you will still be disappointed until you realize they must mirror the 9/11 Commission(an attempted remake of the Warren Commission) and can't cover new ground anyway. The percentage of time spent on victims and first responders should be a dead giveaway as to the goals of the program. How or if they mention the Iraq War will seal its place in the continued fog of deception.

10. I thought it was fair
and I'm at least a LIHOP person. Mentioned 33 reports in the summer of 2001 that shit was going to hit the fan. Showed Bush in Crawford with a chainsaw in his hand. That alone was priceless.

Take a look at it, if you can.

12. Sounds OK, especially for Disney
At least we have come that far up to the wall of secrecy. In fact that sounds very good.

What I want of course is that leap above Oliver Stone to full disclosure of the facts behind the known facts. That is too much to expect of anyone at the moment. i wonder sometimes if those intrepid reporters not allowed to do the stories are saving up their stuff to sell to historians after they safely retire? If we have anyone left to read or do history thanks in part to their failure.

11. When are we going to stop talking INCOMPETENCE THEORY??
And actually start learning something about the history of the PNAC members and what they've been wanting for at least 15 years.

It's very, very simple and they've posted it in everyone's face for at least 15 years.

GOAL: Cold war is over, we have a tiny window to build a
the US into a super power that can never be challenged.
This must be achieved before 2010 bfore the fight for
global resources, and the rise of challengers (China, Russia)
comes to a massive head and this .

The primary means to achieve this is to take over and control
the Caspian Sea region through the massive buildup of the
US armed forces and unilateral, preemptive global strikes.

PROBLEMS: The American public will never accept massive war,
millitary buildup, and the sacrifice in standard of
living w/out being first attacked.

SOLUTION: Create a false "War on Terrorism" starting w/ a spectacular
opening act of knocking down the WTC. After that, the
the otherwise unachievable PNAC goal's becomes quite easy.

Read, study "Rebuilding America's Defenses" and you will
find it is a blueprint and checklist for everything they're
doing right now. Not one piece of that would have been
possible w/out knocking down a few towers.

Seems rather straight forward to me.

13. Incompetence is a minimal starting point
The important thing is full disclosure and evidence. Getting them to make Bush minimally accountable on the face of things is a plus considering the general direction we are being pushed.

The series would be heroic if it braved the misdirection of minimal appearances and called for more investigation, but it will probably use the 9/11 Commission as an official boundary without becoming an advocate.

Most people don't believe the Warren Commission, except for Bushistas strangely enough who like that sort of cover very much. But access to "secrets" was slammed shut immediately when Bush took office and apparently with good reason. All that must be outed. That is the first thing to keep in mind and if secret then it is fair game to suspect and accuse them based on all other known evidence that hints at what those secrets contain- including long prepared serious agendas like PNAC and the sucking in of allies in their phony goals. Keep a secret and expect people to believe the worst, and keep up the pressure, nibble away at the holes.

14. Very true - it's the only hope
Keep nibbling away at the holes that noone can deny and hopefully those holes will keep leading to more questions and inquiries that will soon have everyone asking the real questions of MIHOP.

15. To me as well. However, I have a theory about this...
cognitive dissonnance issue.

To see the truth here is just too painful for some people. These people would rather believe the "official" story, than feel the painful truth.

17. No argument from me
You're preaching to the choir, here. I completely agree. I have no illusions of "intelligence failures" or incompetence. I believe we knew damn well what was going to happen, LET IT HAPPEN, and not only that, we made damn sure that it would be etched into the minds of all americans by PRE-WIRING those towers to collapse. Yup, even a couple planes hitting a couple buildings wouldn't be enough to pull off the "New Pearl Harbor". They needed to make those images so horrible that they could scare Americans for years to come and get whatever they wanted. Soooo...a little pre-wiring of those towers...the planes hit...let it smolder for awhile...and then push the button and boom! Down they come. Nothing motivates people like fear.

16. Some information they may have omitted
From Scott Horton's latest interview with Sibel Edmonds:

...

SE: No, but as I said, the reason I went to the Congress and to the 9/11 Commission had to do with criminal activities and the criminal activities I provided information on had a lot to do with 9/11. And it's very interesting for example this latest development with the 9/11 Commission and this information from the Department of Defense that had to do with Atta, right?

SH: Able Danger.

SE: And the main media is treating it as if "here's one piece of information the 9/11 Commission didn't include." I had this press conference last summer and together with 25 national security experts. These sort of people from NSA, CIA, FBI. And we provided the public during this press conference with a list of witnesses that had provided direct information, direct information. Some had to do with finance of al-Qaeda. These are people from NSA, CIA, and FBI to the 9/11 Commission, and the 9/11 Commission omitted all of this information, even though some of this information had been established as fact. One of them had to do with certain informants in April 2001. This informant provided very specific information about the attacks. The other had to do with certain information the FBI had in July and August 2001, where blueprints and building composites of certain skyscrapers were being sent to certain Middle Eastern countries, and many more information was just omitted. With my case they just said, "Refer to the inspector general's report," even though I had provided the commissioners with the documents and names of witnesses. So now today you're seeing the press talk about "Oh, one piece of information," which right now the Commission is denying: "We don't recall seeing that information." Well, I can put out 20 other cases. These are agents who worked for agencies such as FBI, CIA, some of them for 20 years, some for 18 years. I have their list, I have their affidavits that provided documents, and they were all omitted. But the media is treating it as if "oh, look, this one piece of information was omitted" from the 9/11 Commission report.
