Say "Career Professionals" much?
Did anyone else catch this yesterday?

The Repugs are doing their mantra thing again. First, Ashcroft refers to his investigators as "career professionals" about 4 times in the space of 3 minutes.

Then, on Hardball, Mitch McConnell says it about 20 times in about 10 minutes. Even Frank Lautenberg tried to call him on parrotting the line so many times, but got cut off...

:wtf:

1. Gee, I thought the Republican word for "career professionals" was...
..."no-good, lazy, gummint bureaucrat who wouldn't last ten minutes ing the real world".

It's moments like these which show who the true "moral relativists" are.

2. Career Professionals Under Ashcroft's Thumb

If this scandal is in part (according to Joe Wilson) an attempt to stop people from speaking out internally (at the CIA) and externally -- how brave will a career professional at Justice be about telling Ashcroft (Bush, the Republican party, the neocons etc) - oh yes - there is really a big scandal here/we need to take down 2 WH officials. Right

Isn't it funny that we don't know WHO the career professionals are that are investigating.

3. I wonder if these were some of the people who got the
$25,000 (?) bonuses from the * administration awhile back when other federal employees weren't getting raises?

4. Hey, wait a minute!
You're talking about career professionals like they're evildoers or something! Heck it's not as if they hate freedom and at least they didn't gas their own people in a place the size of California!

I say, bring 'em on!

7. It's stunning how fast these guys get their story together.
"Drink this koolaid, then look into my eyes, you are getting very sleepy, very sleepy... you will say this about the CIA treason... "
