September is Preparedness Month! . . . (more incompetence revealed)
If you go to the DHS site http://ready.gov which is paid for by your tax dollars, you will see the banner.

They are paying for TV advertising with ads featuring kids asking about emergency plans (print ads too?). When you go to the site, the Ready Kids link (one of three main links) is not ready yet! More money wasted.

No Child Left Behind, except by your DHS.

But of course, the first link is Ready Business, and that link is Ready! Priorities!

Who is responsible? Where does the buck stop? Bush's desk?
