How much of increase oil demand is due to outsourcing?

The blame for recent increases in oil prices has been blamed on the increased demand for oil by India and China. I wonder how much of that is a direct result of the massive influx of manufacturing facilities by American companies.

1. Probably a significant share

Not just from the outsourced industry itself, but as much from the economic expansion that the outsourced industry has created. For example, workers trading in their bicycles or scooters for automobiles, getting more appliances at home, etc...
