CNN reporter "slips" and refers to "Governor" Schwarzenegger
CNN - Bleak at Davis headquaters while another reporter refers to Arnold as governor. Truly unbiased?

1. saw this
on www.atrios.blogspot.com:

If this election is close (either ballot question), be prepared for a massive shitstorm of truly epic proportions.

-Atrios

True that.

5. Chris Matthews went one better
In a Freudian slip of epic proportions, he said that Schwarzenegger was "running for President." Perish the thought.

11. It's friggen amazing
The various networks can't even be bothered
to keep up the pretense throughout the day.
The, no doubt rigged, voting process is truly
just a vexing formality to them.

Most stations aren't even bothering to show
Davis in their..."coverage" of Ahnuld.

7. Oh hell, why not
the polls are open another 2 hours but the dweebs on DU have already called it for Ahnold, as well as CNN and every other news station. Message: Democrats, don't bother to vote. You've already lost. And NOW we get to hear for the next who knows how many years how stupid ALL Californians are even though the Democrats have worked their asses off to GOTV.

10. And Yes.................
And yes, California will suffer at the hands of RepubliCON rule, just like Texas and Florida have suffered under the * rule.
I hope to hell I'm wrong, but if not then suffer you're new dictator/puppet regime while the rest of us laugh our asses off, at least in the short term. Bwahhaaaaa, Bwahahaha.

12. Anybody forget the legislature?
Both houses comfortably controlled by the democrats. This sucks, but it isn't armageddon here folks.

Arnold is crap, morally, on financial matters. However he is pro choice, pro civil unions, anti drilling. It bites that he won more in the abstract than the practical. He will not get his way in Sacramento. The prestige for the GOP of actually having him there though is a heavy blow.

18. Right, I'm sure the democratically controlled california legislature
and the democratic lt. gov will be only too happy to work with Gov(he isn't yet!) Groper. ROFL I hope he isn't elected but if it happens, bet he winds up regretting his "victory".

22. Don't know how much he would do for the Repubs
if elected (polls are still open). Republican family values and all that. Maybe families will draw closer as they shield their womenfolk from the serial molester.

20. Hey, the fix is in. CNN knows this, and they made a classic Freudian slip
It doesn't matter. Whatever the true CA "recall" results are, the repuke machine will fix them to match the equally biased "polls" (exit and otherwise).

23. Hard to understand
This morning before the polls opened was I dreaming when I read
California race to close to call. Did I imagine the pundits saying
the same last night - will be close. Wham, the next day a few hours
after the polls open, they're all calling it for the Groper.
What happened?

21. I'm waiting for a Davis miracle now
The last polls were so close that it is possible for him to pull off a win when everyone least expects it. He was supposed to lose in 2002, remember?

25. The Fourth Estate
has become a traitorous enemy to the enlightened vision, embodied in the Constitution and Bill of Rights, of what America might have become. It can NO LONGER be allowed to spew its poison with impunity. The Media is a house slave to *corporate corruption and they are preparing you ALL to be field slaves. Forget e-mails and LTTE whick are mostly ignored. They cannot be allowed to conduct "business as usual."
