God is a Democrat!!!
We stand for policies based on his principle. Not only that, but I suspect God is pro-choice. It's in the Bible (somewhere).

3. Matthew 25: 34-40.
34"Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.' Matthew 25: 34-40

12. God likes progressive taxation and the estate tax
It easier for a a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man (ie, for a man who dies rich) to enter the gates of heaven.

God isn't saying that it's wrong to accumulate wealth. He's saying that if all your life was about was about the accumulation of useless wealth and power, accumulated in way that deprived others of polital will and dignity, you're going to hell.
