Former Hill staffer to be indicted with former college Republican
by former high school student? Former children everywhere are outraged that a former Brownie is getting away with her part in the scam. (Some former embryos are still shaking in their boots that the former high school student might indict them next.)

3. It's a reference to how Judy Miller referred to Libby
She called him a "former Hill staffer" instead of a "White House official".

Libby had spent some time as a staffer on the Hill.

4. Note:

Mr. Fitzgerald asked about a notation I made on the first page of my notes about this July 8 meeting, "Former Hill staffer."

My recollection, I told him, was that Mr. Libby wanted to modify our prior understanding that I would attribute information from him to a "senior administration official." When the subject turned to Mr. Wilson, Mr. Libby requested that he be identified only as a "former Hill staffer." I agreed to the new ground rules because I knew that Mr. Libby had once worked on Capitol Hill.

5. Former West Point Nominee agrees and hopes the Former Wyoming Congressman
is the same one who formerly nominated him to West Point!
