He had another business venture that involved getting an SBA (Small Business Administration) Loan from our gov't. Guess what happened 18 months later? He defaulted on that loan and the gov't lost another million dollars or two.

Unreal that someone who cost the US Govt so many millions in the S&L scandal could even get a US govt guaranteed loan.... and then, of course.... default.
