EDITED--he's saying he can't put the whole of his prepared speech in the record, because it wouldn't be "acceptable"?? did he say that? what could it mean?

And it turns out he's not conceding Bush* lied--no, Bush*'s "mistake" was not a lie--he was telling the truth, they just can't prove it yet.

Now he's onto human rights violations of Saddam who is worse than Milosevich. On and on.... So many lies, so much venom. UGH

3. The first post was in haste--
Weldon R-PA is going into incredible detail about how Clinton allegedly lied about genocide numbers in Kosovo, exaggerated claims of ethnic cleansing. He lied, says Weldon--but Dems didn't complain then....

Rove's office wrote this, I'll bet. It's sickening to listen to, but probably we do need to know what they are saying. I think I'll switch channels and get the transcript later.

Oh, the next talking point now--how can Dems claim to have been misled before the vote giving Bush* war powers when the SOTU (with the acknowledged "mistake" in it) wasn't until 3 months later.

Oh, yuck. I really have to stop listening :puke:

13. GEE, I DUNNO?!?
Maybe because the * sAdministration told the Congress the exact same BULLSHIT that was in his SOTU, but it was three months earlier?

My, but that is SURE TOUGH to figure out, isn't it? Dude really had the ol' thinking cap on, didn't he?

What a moron...

Don't you just love how Rove, whenever cornered, sends out all these old party faithful to spew out trial balloons on the news circuit, hoping to figure out which of any number of pre-fab excuses is going to fly with the Media? Usually, these excuses are chock-full of deceit/lies by omission, but Uncle Karl wants to float all of them out there to see if anyone calls him on the lies. This, of course, must be determined before any of the big-guns come out and try to use the excuse 'formally'.

Too bad most Americans are too clueless to pick up on this constant, ongoing method the * admin. uses to deceive and obsfucate...

5. *Sniff sniff*
Kosovo? Is that desperation I smell?

Kosovo was also the kind of multinational coalition that Lil George wishes he had put together for Iraq.

11. I can't get over this guy.
Keeps repeating the same pointless things. All I wanted to do was go to bed, but now he has my blood boiling. Congress, from what I have heard in interviews, Feinstein in particular, had been give the Niger info prior to the October vote. It swayed them. Why don't the repugs recognize this!

17. Shoot, how many Americans died B4, DURING, AND AFTER
the formal 'hostilities'?

If memory serves, that'd be nowhere NEAR 146 we've got now, that's for damn sure...

However, if BC DID knowingly LIE about the Genocide, then he should've been held accountable while it was still relevant. Just because the opportunity was 'missed' (again, IF there is any truth to these claims) at the time, which seems highly UN-likely in light of how much SHIT the GOP Congress put Clinton through every chance they got, does NOT JUSTIFY letting * slide on his lies.

I swear, these repukes are like friggin kindergarteners with their "Oh, yeah, well what about Bill Clinton?!?" BULLSHIT EXCUSES for EVERYTHING * does wrong. It's funny, these idiots want the 'Ten Commandments' emblazoned on every government building in the land, yet they still don't even grasp the most pedantic rules of human ethics, like "TWO WRONGS DON'T MAKE A RIGHT", or "DO UNTO OTHERS..."

The neocons are such fucking CHILDISH, LYING, HYPOCRITICAL, UN-ETHICAL, UN-AMERICAN, FASCIST MORONS, I swear. They are a fucking CANCER on the land. Please, God, WAKE THIS COUNTRY UP!!!

14. Oh yeah! Blame it on Clinton some more.
Blame it on the guy who did more to keep al qaeda bottled up than Bush ever dreamed of, without causing the rest of the Islamic world to go wild with anger.

Blame it on the guy who cleaned up his daddy's budget disaster.
\
Blame it on the guy who actually created jobs during his term, balanced the budget, and created a surplus, that Bush managed to piss away almost instantly upon taking office...

Yeah, now is a great time to remind people of Clinton, numbnuts!!!!

15. Gee, why did they leave such grave accusations off their wish list
for impeachment? I mean, they impeached him for a lie about sex...why not have thrown serious charges like this in?

Maybe because they know his motives were honorable? Unable the unelected fraud's reasons for attacking Iraq?

16. Milosevic was Bush 1 policy
Poppy threatened Milosevic during his administration. Told him he needed to stop using his military against his own citizens, etc etc. Clinton was continuing a policy initiated by Bush. How come this stuff never comes up? Oh yeah, Clinton didn't blame Bush for every little thing that went on.

but eagleboy said it`s none of our business and then the boys decided to invade iraq.poppy never had any intention of dealing with the yugoslavic problem. so the killing fields began and it took clinton to stop the slaughter..and to this day it does seem to be stable.
