Tweety interviews Mike Wallace....talking about Westmoreland Lies Re:
Edited on Mon Nov-28-05 05:55 PM by Gabi Hayes
Vietnam, the CBS libel trial, Westmoreland's LYING to the American people about NVA troop strength, and the logical extension that LBJ MUST have, therefore, been lying to the American people, as well.

do you think he drew any analogies to a certain current situation?

amazing

1. Robert McNamara finally admitted it was a failed disaster
in his old age.

Westmoreland, the idiot, never did. Guess he couldn't bear the thought of so many dead on his shoulders for nothing

2. I loved his comment about not being able to interview * ...
the ONLY president he hasn't interviewed since he's been a reporter. He talked about KKKarl and KKKaren making sure he DIDN'T have access to The AssHat beginning with the campaign. Tweety asked him why and he just said, "I have no idea."

5. it seemed as if Tweety was just ITCHING to brag about how many
times he's personally interviewed the Hula Boy

I was surprised he didn't

he ends on a fraternal note... "the whole business of doing tough interviews", as if the two of them ever had anything journalistically in common

swear to GOD!

7. Yeah, kinda sickening --- Tweety isn't fit to wipe Wallace's a**
as far as journalism goes. But I'm glad that he gave Wallace a chance to say the things he did (and to add more evidence of how intimidated and unaccountable AssHat is).

3. jesus....they talked after the break a bit about how the trial threw
Wallace into a depression, including Tweety's typically cheap, shallow, psychologizing

from there, on to....."what was it like being pals with Johnny Carson?"

!!!

what a complete tool
